What we collect
When you order: your name, email, shipping address, and phone number. When you join the waitlist: your email and how you heard about us. Payment details are handled directly by our payment processor — we never see or store card numbers.
Why we collect it
To fulfil your order, send tracking, respond to support requests, and (only if you've opted in) let you know when new products launch.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the shop: our payment processor, courier (NZ Post), and email delivery service. We never sell or rent your information to third parties.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years as required by NZ tax law. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email vantarabio@gmail.com and we'll respond within 5 business days.
