Refunds & returns.
We want you to be happy with what arrives. Here's what we can do.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or we've sent the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery at vantarabio@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund in full — your choice.
Change of mind
Unopened items in original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable). Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Items we cannot accept back
For safety and sterility reasons we cannot accept returns of opened bacteriostatic water, opened syringe packs, or any product with a broken seal — unless the product is faulty.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and does not limit them.
