1. Who we are
Vantara is a New Zealand-based supplier of laboratory and research supplies, operating from Auckland. Contact: vantarabio@gmail.com.
2. Intended use
All products sold by Vantara are supplied for laboratory and research use only. Products are not intended for human or veterinary therapeutic use, are not medicines, and are not for diagnostic purposes. By purchasing you confirm you are acquiring goods for legitimate research purposes.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Vantara. Orders from minors will be cancelled and refunded.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout via our payment processor. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.
5. Shipping & risk
Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address provided. See our shipping page for timeframes and tracking.
6. Returns & refunds
See our refunds policy. Sealed sterile products cannot be returned once opened.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Vantara's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We accept no liability for misuse of products outside their intended research purpose.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies where the buyer is a consumer and is not excluded.
