Shipping rates
- Standard tracked courier — flat NZ$7.50 nationwide.
- Free shipping on orders over NZ$100.
- Rural delivery — add NZ$4.50.
All orders ship from Auckland in plain, unbranded packaging with tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Orders placed before 1pm NZT (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day.
- Auckland metro — 1 business day
- North Island — 1–2 business days
- South Island — 2–4 business days
- Rural addresses — add 1–2 business days
Returns
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email vantarabio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return — we'll reply with instructions within one business day.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For health and safety, opened sterile or single-use items (e.g. syringes, BAC water vials) cannot be returned.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you — including return postage and a replacement or full refund.
