Any peptide products supplied by Vantara are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for use in or on humans or animals, are not for consumption of any kind, and are not approved as medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics or veterinary products.

Buyers must be qualified researchers or appropriately supervised individuals working in a controlled laboratory environment, and must comply with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling and disposal of research chemicals.

Vantara accepts no responsibility for misuse of any product outside of legitimate research applications.

Products such as bacteriostatic water, insulin syringes and peptide cases are supplied for legitimate medical, clinical and personal-use purposes. Use these products only in accordance with the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional and the manufacturer's instructions.

Single-use sterile items must not be reused. Always inspect packaging integrity and expiry dates before use, and dispose of sharps in an approved sharps container.

Vantara operates from Auckland, New Zealand. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession and use of any product complies with all applicable New Zealand legislation, including (where relevant) the Medicines Act 1981, the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975 and any rules administered by Medsafe.

Some products require a prescription or professional qualification. Where this applies, Vantara may request supporting documentation before fulfilling an order, and reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

We do not currently ship outside of New Zealand. International customers must not place orders for delivery outside the country.

Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Vantara. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally entitled to receive the products you order at the delivery address provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantara, its directors, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of, or in connection with, the use or misuse of any product or information supplied by us.

Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other consumer-protection legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
